The Colorado Supreme Court is the state's highest court.  The Court has exclusive jurisdiction over the practice of law in Colorado.

Presiding Disciplinary Judge
The Presiding Disciplinary Judge presides over formal attorney discipline complaints filed by the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, among other duties.

Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline
The Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline consider complaints alleging misconduct by judges. Complaints about magistrates and municipal court judges are filed with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.

Exemption from CLE requirements changing from 65 to 72.

Effective July 1, 2018, the rule on mandatory continuing legal education requirements under C.R.C.P. 260 will be replaced by the new C.R.C.P. 250, changing the age exemption from CLE requirements from age 65 to age 72.

Colorado has a new lawyer self-assessment program designed to help lawyers better serve their clients and simplify their professional lives. The assessment offers CLE credit.
